* 原可口可樂公司全球領導力發展總監(2010-2014)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
* 原可口可樂大學(中國)創辦人(1995-1999)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
* 李博士積25年的培訓管理、開發、實施的經驗。早年,他服務于美國喬治亞州成人和技術教育部,負責多媒體輔助培訓,管理多個跨年度的大型培訓項目,應用多媒體技術,為進入喬治亞州的企業(如General Mills, Anheuser Busch)提供一攬子員工培訓。                                                                                                                                                              
* 李博士于1994年在美國加入可口可樂公司后,1995-2002回國出任可口可樂中國公司的培訓總監,創辦了“可口可樂大學”,建立、發展可口可樂裝瓶系統培訓開發管理能力;并與其他大公司企業大學一起,培養了中國的第一批專業的培訓人才。                                                                                                                                                                                
* 2010到2014年,李博士任可口可樂公司全球領導力發展總監,負責全球范圍的高層領導的輔導,評估,以及中基層管理人員的發展。他開發學習應用的策略和方法,選擇、管理供應商;設計開發致力于發展領導力、文化智商、情商等項目,領導全球性的團隊開發領導力360度評估,負責全球性的應用推廣。                                                                                 
* 李博士早年留學美國,獲印地安那大學理學碩士(教學技術學);弗羅里達州大學哲學博士(教學系統);喬治亞州大學EMBA。                                                                                                                                                                             
* 現在李博士還是喬治亞州肯尼索州立大學的兼職教授,講授“多元文化溝通”課程;喬治亞州大學商學院的客座講師;亞特蘭大技術學院理事;美華協會(亞特蘭大)副會長、理事。
